Last night, Jude was baptized in the midst of many dear, dear friend and family. It was a hectic day for Josh and me. We had a bunch of running around and shopping to do before the celebration, but we got it all done with minimal difficulty. Jude only got in one short nap yesterday afternoon, but still did really well during the service.
Our friend, Demery, baptized Jude and gave the most beautiful sermon. Friends Jer and Helen stood up for Jude and promised to help guide him through life as his godparents. Members of the Peacemeal community took part in praying for Jude. It was a really beautiful time.
